TLDR: We are transforming a 92,000 sqft, 16-floor tower in the heart of SF to give frontier-tech communities the space to build, grow, and thrive. This will be a citizen-only vertical village, the first node in a network state spanning multiple cities. AI, biotech, crypto, longevity, deep tech, human coordination, neuroscience, music&art communities will each receive a 4,250 sqft floor—a blank canvas for pioneers to shape the future of how our society will live in a post AI-singularity world.
Four floors will be dedicated to cross-pollination: a dedicated lounge for meetings, a social hangout, a deep-work space, and a collaborative floor. The remaining floors will include wellness areas, event spaces, multi-use rooms, and coliving facilities pending city approval. The building is ready to go, with only two floors requiring some work, and we expect the transaction to finalize in January 2025.
